Jerome ‘Jerry’ Bloomer (12/1/29-7/29/25)

In memory of our friend Jerry Bloomer who passed peacefully at the age of 95. Jerry was a retired Boeing engineer, art lover, people person and dog dad. He shuffled along the streets of La Conner for decades as a frequent visitor and as a resident for the past 10 years. Jerry loved to talk to passers by, always dressed dapper. He loved to have a cocktail at Nell Thorn with his lady friend and La Conner Inn celebrity resident Trudy, who lived to be 106. He was really into aviation, mining, he knew all about precious metals and how to refine them. He was an avid stock market analyst and an encyclopedia of early Northwest art history. We miss Jerry immensely. Rest in Peace Jerry, we will never forget you.

We are selling a few of Jerry’s art pieces to cover the costs of claiming his remains from the SNOHO CO Coronor’s office and to have a proper memorial and celebration of life for Jerry.
